Clematis terniflora - Missouri Botanical Garden
Duration: Perennial, deciduous | Native to: Japan | Edibility: Not described as edible | Status in Yard: Limited |
One or more clematis species have grown in a few places in the back yard and the west yard. On March 11, 2014, I noticed this little tuft of clematis in the west yard.
Most prominently, it has climbed all over the spool for my garden hose in the back yard. It flowers in the fall.
