I noticed these Eumenes fraternus nests on October 5, 2016. According to the Univeristy of Florida reference, above, Eumenes fraternus is the only wasp that makes these kinds of circular pot nests. They provision the nests with caterpillars for their larvae. The adults live on nectar.
