Tetanolita mynesalis - BugGuide

I found this moth inside my house on May 25, 2014. The internet has very little useful information about this species. BugGuide, referencing the Peterson Field Guide on eastern moths, says its range is eastern North America,  its habitat is deciduous forests (and, apparently, Houston neighborhoods), and its larvae probably eat dead leaves.

The best identifiers are its triangular shape and the two reniform white spots on the very dark background.
