Septoria lycopersici - Wikipedia
Septoria lycopersici - Cornell University - Vegetable MD Online
Septoria lycopersici has appeared on my tomato leaves on different years, and perhaps all of them since 2013. Now, in the spring of 2020, I will do something about it. This picture shows the holes forming in a tomato leaf. Click the photos to see them larger.
This photo shows a couple leaves from a more deeply infected tomato plant.
On 4/19/2020, I removed infected lower leaves on half of my tomato plants. I will add a thicker layer of mulch to help keep the spored from splashing up on the leaves.
