On September 16, 2013, I added a number of herb transplants to my new herb garden. One of them was bee balm, a variety of which I had encountered in the field behind the warehouse where I lived in the 90's. That individual had a very strong mint flavor that I found exciting. Unfortunately, the transplant didn't live long.
